- Assisted in locating a senior living apartment, space planning for the new apartment, assisted moving selected items to furnish apartment, set up space and decorate to seniors specifications. Clean out home of contents, clean, stage with contents, assist in property listing.
Empty and sort all contents by determined criteria. Clean, organize required contents in cupboards, drawers, closets.
Organized content (including sorting excess items for donation, trash and keep for customer selling). Cleaned for customer painting. Determined space and storage requirements within customers budget. (Note: space was for 12 and 3 year old girls). Ordered, received and assembled Ikea items and put space together with accent pieces (some supplied by customer).
Order new sink, liase with plumber for install, mirror, shelving, storage containers and decor (some supplied by customer). *paint colour supplied.
